Employees at one of the largest food retailers in Europe had difficulty connecting to the company’s VPN while working from home during the global pandemic. Flexera responded with a fix within 1 day, reconnecting all the company's employees and getting them back to work.
We wanted to make sure people know how responsive the company's solutions engineers were in a crisis. And how quickly they were able to fix a massive issue in the middle of the lockdown.
