myQ | LiftMaster's B2B side focuses on delivering tailored access control solutions that come with premium benefits competitors don't offer. 
The goal of this campaign was to inform both prospects and customers that upgrading to the premium subscription service would unlock additional access control features that benefit not only customers (property owners and executives of property management companies), but also installers and integrators. 
The challenge was explaining why these benefits mattered and why the added cost was worth it. The solution was to show them the power of premium service through engaging language and a compelling video (which I scripted). Resident surveys consistently list better technology and community features high on the list of wants. So I positioned the premium features as conveniences for both the customer and their residents.
